Architectural Lighting in Willis, TX

Firefly Nightscapes recently completed a landscape lighting project in the Republic Grand Ranch neighborhood of Willis, TX, where the homeowner wanted to start with a simple system that could easily grow over time. With the home’s architecture as the focal point, we designed a clean, sophisticated lighting layout that enhanced the property without overwhelming it. The system included 12 fixtures, combining traditional architectural uplighting with four well/in-ground lights to add depth and dimension.

One of the homeowner’s biggest concerns was the darkness surrounding the property. With large, one-plus-acre lots and no neighborhood street lighting, her home was difficult to see after sunset. She wanted the property to have the presence it deserved while also creating a more welcoming feel at night. The finished lighting design highlights the home’s architecture, adds curb appeal, and brings the property to life after dark.

The best part of the project is that the system was intentionally designed with the future in mind. The homeowner now has a beautiful foundation that makes an immediate impact while leaving plenty of flexibility to add lighting as her vision evolves. It’s a great example of how thoughtful landscape lighting can transform a home while allowing the system to grow alongside the property.
