Lighting Maintenance in Benders Landing Estates in Spring, TX

A homeowner in Benders Landing Estates in Spring, Texas, recently reached out to Firefly Nightscapes after having new landscaping beds installed around their home. The landscaping contractor had also installed a small amount of landscape lighting, but when several of the fixtures began failing, the homeowner was unable to get the contractor to return his calls. That’s when Firefly Nightscapes stepped in to diagnose the issues, make the necessary corrections, and take the lighting design the rest of the way.

We added 19 new fixtures throughout the front landscape beds, using a combination of pathway lighting, uplighting, and downlighting to create a more balanced and layered nighttime appearance. We also repositioned and adjusted the existing architectural uplights to better highlight the home’s features and improve the overall viewing angles from the street and surrounding areas.

The finished project brought the newly landscaped beds and architecture together with a cohesive lighting design that provides both beauty and function. By combining the new fixtures with the existing system and making thoughtful adjustments to fixture placement and aiming, Firefly Nightscapes was able to transform an underperforming lighting installation into a polished nighttime presentation that complements the home’s new landscaping.
